The machine stopped working after the 2nd use. Neither wand that comes with the kit is heating up. We have tried changing the port the wand was connected to, changing the wand we were using and turning the whole machine on and off but were not able to get it working. This is not the quality we were expecting from $100+ kit

One of the wands did not tighten correctly around the head which cause it to fall out and not work. Very disappointed. I imagine the company will send me a replacement.

It looked nice. It has a storage case which is nice. I liked the dual wands and temp controller. However it worked for about 30 minutes. One wand has come loose at the tip like the heat melted the plastic. The other wand does not work anymore. Basically it’s a $150 waste of money. Hopefully I can get some customer support to remedy this situation.

I was a little nervous about this, especially when the video showed it heating up as fast as it did - seemed too good to be true. That said, I only regret that I started playing around with this on a lunch break, because I don't have enough time to really dig in. Works exactly as advertised, and now I have to go back to work instead working on a project I've got on the table. The pyrography machine is great, and I wish I'd bought it a long time ago.

Within one use the wires, inside of both the wands disconnected. The top and bottem of the wands were not not secured. VERY CHEAP product.
I would not recommend this product.

This is one amazing burner! I have been looking to get one and this was recommended. Easy to use and get the job done. The only thing that didn't come with it was the pliers but I have some at home so that's okay. But all in all amazing

This machine and kit is fantastic. It burns so much better than the cheap burners I bought, and wasted money on. Temperature is so important to be able to adjust because of the difference in wood, and this machine is so easy to adjust temperatures. My burning skills have greatly improved, and my satisfaction with the results. Don’t waste your money on cheap burners if your serious about quality results. This machine has been great!

I'm just starting out and learning as I go . And this is a great tool to work with. It works just as good if not better than it was described. My only issue was not getting everything that it said it came with and that was just the assortment of tips and pliers but the tool itself is awesome.
